Olga Sochneva

Olga Sochneva is an accomplished professional with over 17 years of experience in program management and data stewardship, currently serving as the Global Program Director and Learning Partner at S&P Global since October 2011. Responsibilities include executing and coordinating the delivery of the Ratings Division graduate program, developing relationships with senior stakeholders, and managing data analysis projects. Prior to S&P Global, Olga held multiple positions at Thomson Reuters, including Regional Data Operations Manager, focusing on team leadership, change management, and improving data accuracy and timeliness. Olga holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Greenwich and two Master's degrees in English and Linguistics from Karlstad University and Minsk State Linguistic University, respectively.
