Rochelle Spencer

Rochelle Spencer, MBA, currently serves as Global Consulting Director for Sequoia Consulting Group in the U.K. Since September 2021, Rochelle has utilized extensive experience in the consulting and benefits sectors, previously holding the position of EMEA Regional Reward and EMEA Benefits Lead at IHS Markit from September 2019 to August 2021. Prior to that, Rochelle was Director of International Health & Risk Solutions at Willis Towers Watson and worked as Account Manager for Aetna International. Early career roles include Associate Consultant at Aon Hewitt and Medical Secretary positions at Harley Street and NHS London SHA. Rochelle holds an MBA from Edinburgh Napier University and a BA (Hons) in Business from Kingston University.
