Zhan Zhai

Zhan Zhai is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in structured finance and credit analysis. Currently serving as Associate Director at S&P Global Ratings since May 2018, Zhan has progressed through the ranks to focus on US RMBS. Prior experience includes roles as Associate at RBC Capital Markets and Manager at KPMG Canada, where Zhan specialized in deal advisory and valuations of complex financial instruments. Zhan's career began as a Senior Business Analyst at BMO Financial Group, following an internship in aerospace engineering at Messier-Bugatti-Dowty. Zhan holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Toronto, further enhancing a robust analytical skill set.
