Kevin Fok

Kevin Fok is an experienced treasury and corporate finance professional currently serving as Head of Treasury for SP Group in China since December 2019. Responsibilities include treasury and financial risk management, project finance with a focus on renewables and energy efficiency, corporate finance support for M&A and debt structuring, and investor relations management. Previously, Kevin held positions as Senior Manager of Treasury at Manulife US REIT, where Kevin established the firm's inaugural Medium Term Note Programme, and as Manager of Treasury at CapitaLand, where key achievements included supporting M&A and executing project finance for significant assets. Kevin began their career as an Executive in Treasury at Wilmar International, concentrating on foreign exchange risk management and hedging strategy. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business in Banking and Finance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
