Ranjitkumar Pattnaik

Ranjitkumar Pattnaik is a full-time Professor at SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in Mumbai, India, since July 2012, following a prior role as Professor and Dean (Academics) at the Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad, and as Professor of Economics and Head of Department at K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research. Pattnaik possesses extensive experience in the Reserve Bank of India, where from April 1984 to August 2009, responsibilities included roles in the monetary, fiscal, external sectors, and the financial market, as well as participation in International Monetary Fund consultations and meetings. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Applied Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an M.A. in Applied Economics from Utkal University.
