Awal Hakim is an experienced IP Network Engineer who has worked in various roles in the IT industry. At SPTel Pte Ltd, Awal serves as a Tier 3 Escalation Support Lead, focusing on resolving complex CPE and PE connectivity issues. With previous experience at Sigma.3 IT Services and Marina Bay Sands, Awal has proven expertise in leading network operations, designing IP-based solutions, troubleshooting IT equipment, and fostering continuous improvement. Awal holds a diploma in Business in Information Technology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business/Commerce.
