Angel M. Gaud

Angel M. Gaud, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles related to space systems and defense. Angel M. is currently working at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. as a Space Control Senior Analyst and Activity Security Representative (ASR) for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition and Sustainment). Prior to this, they worked at Sigmatech as a Space Architectures Analyst for the Secretary of the Air Force. Angel M. also served as a Principal Engineer for Space Systems at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) supporting the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Angel has also held positions at MITRE, the United States Space Force, the United States Air Force, and the National Security Agency. Angel M. has a strong background in strategic planning, acquisitions, and program management.

Angel M. Gaud, PMP has a Professional Degree in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, which was obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University, which was obtained in 2003. They also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, obtained in 1997.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Angel M. Gaud, PMP has obtained several certifications. These certifications include the Defense Acquisition Program Management Level 3 from the Defense Acquisition University in May 2010, the DoD Acquisition Corps certification from the Defense Acquisition University in September 2009, the Space Professional Level 2 certification from the United States Space Force's National Security Space Institute in January 2008, the Test and Evaluation Management Level 2 from the Defense Acquisition University in April 2005, and the Systems Planning, Research, Development & Engineering Level 2 from the Defense Acquisition University in August 2000. Most recently, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
