Buddy Janovsky

Buddy Janovsky has over 20 years of work experience, with a diverse background in various industries. Buddy started their career in 2000 as the Vice President of Business Development at Clinical Research Consultants, Inc., where they implemented and managed pharmaceutical and biotechnological clinical trials. During their time there, they secured over $2 million in annual clinical trial grants.

In 2008, Janovsky joined the U.S. Army Capabilities Integration Center, where they served in multiple roles over a six-year period. As the Operations Officer, they were responsible for the development of Cyber/Electromagnetic capabilities for the Army. Buddy also served as the Chief of the Engagement Branch and Chief of the Cyber Branch, where they spearheaded the establishment and integration of various Warfighting Functions, such as Engagement, Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Information Operations, into the Army Capabilities Integration Center. Janovsky played a key role in determining and integrating the required capabilities, gaps, and solutions for these functions.

In 2014, Janovsky joined Booz Allen Hamilton Inc, supporting the Army Capabilities Integration Center at TRADOC, as an Associate and Cyberspace Capabilities Integrator. In this role, they continued to contribute to the development and integration of Cyber and Cyberspace capabilities.

From 2015 to 2016, Janovsky worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., supporting Army Cyber Command as a Cyberspace Operations Planner. In this role, they provided thought leadership and creative insights to implement Joint Staff and USCYBERCOM directives in building Cyber Mission Force (CMF) teams to support national, combatant command, and service cyberspace requirements. Buddy supported mission analysis and developed information papers and briefings to present findings to senior Army military and civilian leaders.

Janovsky's most recent position was at MCR, LLC, where they worked as a Cyber/EW/Space Joint Threat Integrator starting in 2016. Additional details about this position are not provided.
