David Frost

David Frost has a strong background in both the private and public sectors, with extensive experience in program management and cyber intelligence. At Systems Planning & Analysis, David currently serves as an Assistant Program Manager and Program Analyst. Previously, David held key roles at the U.S. Coast Guard, including Command, Control, Comms, Computers, Cyber and Intel (C5I) Department Head, Cyber Intelligence & Acquisitions Branch Chief, and Law Enforcement Detachment Officer In Charge. With a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and General Studies, David brings a diverse skill set to their work.
