Donna Hales Guardado

Donna Hales Guardado is an experienced management analyst currently working at KMS Solutions, LLC since December 2021. With a long tenure at Dell Services Federal Government, Inc. since 2006, Donna has held multiple roles including Senior Modernization Analyst, where responsibilities involved providing engineering and technical support for the Naval Sea System Command's submarine maintenance and modernization program.
