Glen Fike

Glen Fike is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military systems and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Test Manager at MCR, LLC since May 2015, Glen oversees the Saudi Arabia F-15SA Foreign Military Sales project. Prior to this role, Glen held the position of Dayton Operations Manager for Global Fighter Programs at BAE Systems, where responsibilities included managing the $1.7B KF-16 Cockpit Upgrade Program from April 2005 to December 2014. Glen's impressive military career spans over three decades, culminating in a Colonel rank in the US Air Force, where notable positions included Program Director for the Reserve F-22 and F-16, System Program Director, and various roles in aircraft maintenance and logistics. Glen holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Education from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.
