Jen Jenkins

Jen Jenkins, MA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of HR Operations & Employee Services at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., since October 2023. Previously, Jen held multiple positions at the City of Alexandria, Virginia, including Deputy Director of the Department of Human Resources, where responsibilities included leading compensation and HRIS strategy, and Acting Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing various human resources functions. Jen’s earlier experience includes roles at George Washington University as a Human Resources Client Partner, at Argosy University as Assistant Director of Admissions, and in account management at Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing. Jen earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Sciences, Human Resources Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in English - Discourse and Technology from the University of Baltimore.
