Michael Koroluk

Michael Koroluk has extensive work experience in business development, growth, and program management. Michael is currently the Director of Growth for DHS and Federal Civilian Markets at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Development - Homeland Security at Noblis. Michael also worked as the Chief Growth Officer at Firebird Analytical Solutions & Technologies and held roles such as Senior Capture Executive and Director of Business Development at Belcan.

Before transitioning into the private sector, Michael worked at various government agencies. Michael served as the Director of Business Development for Homeland Security and Intelligence at Schafer Corporation, where they developed and implemented business development processes and tools, resulting in a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Prior to that, they worked at BAE Systems, Inc. as a Program Director and Senior Manager/Program Manager, overseeing multiple programs and providing support in business development.

Michael also has experience in operations and management. Michael worked as the Director of Operations (US) and Director of Homeland Security Operations (US) at Detica, where they were responsible for business operations management, change management, and oversight of administrative functions. In addition, they held positions at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including Chief of Staff for the FEMA National Preparedness Directorate and Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Grants and Training.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked at the U.S. Department of Labor as a Special Assistant to the Office of the Secretary, where they played a critical role in briefing the Secretary of Labor. Michael also worked at Bush-Cheney '04 as an Operations Budget Manager, overseeing budgeting and financial management for the campaign.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in business development, growth strategy, program management, and operations. Michael has a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing initiatives in both the public and private sectors.

Michael Koroluk completed a Certificate in Leadership from the BAE Systems Global Emerging Leadership Program in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Psychology/Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo from 1994 to 1996 and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College from 1992 to 1994.
