Test Manager, E-3g Flight Deck Simulator at SPA

Miguel Valle III has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Miguel is currently working as a Test Manager for Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. where they oversee the E-3G Flight Deck Simulator.

Prior to this, Miguel held the position of Air Force Operational Energy Acquisition Analyst at Leidos from November 2020 to July 2022. In this role, they utilized their aviation operations expertise to manage projects aimed at increasing efficiency, decreasing fuel supply-chain vulnerabilities, and mitigating operational risks for the warfighter. Miguel also served as an oversight liaison to AFRLs and DoD Operational Energy programs.

From April 2019 to November 2020, Miguel worked at the Air Force Research Laboratory. Miguel held the position of Section Chief for Multi-Domain Training Research, leading a team of military and civilian personnel in delivering adaptable human performance methods and technologies. Miguel also served as a C2 SME & Distributed Mission Operations Lead, where they authored test and safety plans and led a research team providing assessments of industry weapon-system proposals.

Miguel's earlier experiences include serving as the CRC Mission Crew Commander/Detachment Commander for the 606 Air Control Squadron, where they led a 225-member unit and managed the unit relocation to Aviano Air Base, Italy. At the 52d Fighter Wing, they worked as the Wing Data Link Manager and LVC Project Manager, overseeing the integration of LVC programs and hardware into mission planning facilities. Miguel also held the position of Wing Operations Security Officer and Wing Deployments Officer at the 552 Air Control Wing, where they led award-winning programs and supported worldwide deployments of airmen and equipment.

Additionally, Miguel has served in positions such as E-3B/C AWACS Mission Crew Commander at the 968th Airborne Air Control Squadron, Chief of Squadron Current Operations at the 963d Airborne Air Control Squadron, C2 Liaison Officer to the Kabul Air Traffic Control Center in the United States Air Force, and Chief of Wing Contingency Operations Planner at the NATO E-3A Component Headquarters.

Throughout their career, Miguel has demonstrated leadership skills, expertise in aviation operations, and the ability to manage complex projects.

Miguel Valle III has a diverse educational background. Miguel obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State University in 2000. Later, in 2006, they completed their Master's degree (MS) in Aerospace Administration from South Eastern Oklahoma State University.

Miguel also pursued various professional certificates. Miguel obtained a Certificate in Aerospace Defense from the USAF Undergraduate Air Battle Manager School in 2001. Miguel also earned a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Squadron Officer School in 2006. Additionally, they completed a Certificate in Operations Security and Operational Military Deception from the 39th Information Operations Squadron in 2014.

In terms of professional development, Miguel obtained multiple certifications from the Defense Acquisition University. In 2020, they achieved an Engineering Test and Evaluation Management Certificate Level 2. Miguel also earned a Program Management Certificate Level 1 from the same institution. Furthermore, they gained a Credential in Program Protection from the Defense Acquisition University in 2020.

Finally, Miguel completed their education at the USAF Air Command and Staff College, where they pursued Air Command and Staff College coursework in 2011.
