Robert Quinn

Robert Quinn's work experience includes a role as a Technical Program Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Lieutenant, Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy from December 2013 to June 2022.

Robert Quinn attended Riverbend High School from 2006 to 2009, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Robert then enrolled at Old Dominion University from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician. Returning to Old Dominion University from 2022 to 2024, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management.
