Richard Eerhardt possesses extensive experience in both nursing and hospitality management. Currently a trainee nurse specializing in Internal Medicine and Nephrology at Spaarne Gasthuis since January 2021, Richard has also held multiple nursing roles, including in oncology and COVID-19 care. Prior to this healthcare focus, Richard excelled in the hospitality industry, serving as Restaurant Manager at several prestigious establishments such as The White Room by Jacob Jan Boerma*, where a Michelin star was achieved, and Bord'Eau, which gained two Michelin stars under Richard's leadership. Richard's management roles included overseeing multiple food and beverage operations and team leadership, showcasing a strong ability to enhance service standards and financial performance. With a solid educational background in Hospitality Management and ongoing nursing studies, Richard integrates strong customer service skills with clinical expertise.
