Hannah Wyatt has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Hannah began their career in 2013 as a Senior Customer Service Advisor at Capita, where they managed the switchboard and enquiry service for the Houses of Parliament. In this role, they effectively handled calls from the public and organized conference calls for Members of Parliament and members of the House of Lords.

In 2019, Hannah joined Medibank as a Customer Service Consultant, where they engaged with customers over the phone and provided accurate information regarding health insurance claims and queries. Hannah effectively listened to customer needs and took appropriate action to address them.

Later in 2019, Hannah joined HUBBED as a Senior Customer Service Representative. In this role, they excelled at managing complex escalations within specified timeframes and building strong relationships with partners and vendors.

In 2021, Hannah transitioned to WeVee, where they worked as a Customer Operations Executive & Operational Account Manager. Hannah successfully liaised with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth operational process for customers. Additionally, they analyzed client and customer needs and developed strategies to effectively meet those needs. Hannah was also directly involved in resolving customer complaints.

Most recently, Hannah joined Space Ape Games in 2021 as an Operations Coordinator.

Hannah Wyatt completed a Certificate VI in Marketing and Communications at Mercury College in Sydney in the year 2020. Prior to that, they attended Barton Peveril Sixth Form College from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued A-Level studies. Hannah's education journey began at Wildern School from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained their GCSE degree.
