Michelle Simon

Michelle Simon has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Michelle is currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Space Ape Games since May 2023. Previously, they worked as a Director at Pixel Talent Ltd from May 2018 to May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Scede from June 2017 to May 2018. Michelle also worked at King as a Studio Recruitment Lead for Mobile Games from June 2014 to July 2017. Before that, they served as a Recruitment Manager at Tesco PLC from October 2012 to April 2014. Michelle also worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Accenture from March 2010 to October 2012. Michelle has experience in creative recruitment, having worked at Adrem Recruitment as a Creative Recruiter for Design/Advertising/Digital from August 2007 to April 2009, and at Aquent as a Creative Recruiter for Design/Advertising/Digital from April 2005 to November 2005. Michelle began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Carlisle Managed Solutions, working on PriceWaterhouse Coopers projects from July 2002 to April 2005.

Michelle Simon attended Hertford Regional College from 1993 to 1995, where they pursued a BTEC degree in Graphic Design.
