Kim Armstrong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational transformation. As Co-Founder and Co-Director of Space Between since September 2016, Kim focuses on facilitating human and school transformation through mindfulness practices. Prior to this role, Kim co-founded and served as Co-Executive Director of EarthGen, directing efforts to promote greener K-12 schools in Washington. Kim also co-founded Sound Footprint, establishing a consulting organization aimed at developing sustainable communities within educational institutions. Earlier ventures include co-founding Apples and Grace, a fair-trade initiative, as well as various consultancy roles at SumTotal Systems, Arthur D. Little, and Accenture. Kim holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington, an MBA from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
