Janet Brown has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles, primarily serving as Chief Financial Officer at Space Center Houston since January 1996, where Janet also held positions as VP of Finance and Director of Finance. In addition, Janet has contributed as a board member and senior advisory council member for the Clear Creek Education Foundation and served on the Board of Directors for the Ballunar Liftoff Festival. Janet’s previous experience includes roles at PACE Entertainment, Inc. as Assistant Controller, and at International Drilling Fluids as Accounting Manager, with early career development at KPMG Peat Marwick specializing in audit services. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and completion of several leadership programs, including the American Leadership Forum.
