Ken McCreight is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering education and workforce development. As the Founder, CEO, and Owner of Bay Institute of Science and Engineering since August 2016, Ken McCreight has established a Department of Labor certified Precision Machine Trades Apprenticeship training program. Ken also serves as an Instructor at Space Center Houston, where the mission is to inspire generations through space exploration. Prior roles include Vice President at the National Tooling and Machining Association, where Ken McCreight developed the On-Line Apprenticeship certification program, and Dean of Science, Technology, Engineering & Math at North Central State College. Ken McCreight's early career involved managing and developing educational programs at Cuyahoga Community College and leading American Standards Tool & Die. With multiple degrees from Bowling Green State University in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, Ken McCreight combines academic expertise with practical industry experience.
