Joseph Nieto currently serves as a Legal Intern at the Space Court Foundation and the United Launch Alliance, while also being a member of the Nebraska Law Review. Prior experiences include a Legal Intern position at the Satellite Industry Association and a Patent Commercialization Analyst Intern role at NUtech Ventures, where Joseph managed a diverse portfolio of technology transfers. Academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Astrophysics and Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by research experience in ethics and astrophysics. Joseph is pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at the University of Nebraska College of Law, with prior internships at the District Attorney's Office and the Elder Law and Life Care Planning Center.
