Jeffrey Lipsky

Jeffrey Lipsky has a diverse work experience in various roles related to defense and technology. Jeffrey currently serves as the Chief, Transport Cell at the Space Development Agency, where they utilize their expertise in space communications to maximize warfare effectiveness. Prior to this, Lipsky worked at ANSER as the DoD CIO - C3 Infrastructure Program Analyst, providing expertise on mobile communications and 5G technologies.
