Currently serving as General Counsel for Space Florida since February 2025, Kathleen previously held the position of Principal Counsel at L3Harris Technologies from March 2023 to February 2025. Kathleen's legal practice spans over a decade at the Law Office of Kathleen S. MacMahon, P.A., focusing on helping businesses thrive through the standardization of internal policies. Prior experience includes roles as Associate General Counsel and Director of Global Export Compliance at United Space Alliance, and Litigation Associate Attorney at Kramer, Sewell, Sopko & Levenstein. Kathleen holds a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida State University.
