Matt Chesnut, CEcD, serves as the Vice President of Business and Economic Development at Space Florida since December 2018, having previously held roles such as Director of Business Economic Development. Prior to Space Florida, Matt held the position of Vice President of Business Intelligence & Operations at Team Volusia Economic Development Corporation and worked as the Economic Development Director for the City of Titusville, coordinating the city's economic activities. Earlier experience includes serving as the CSA Manager at The Great Outdoors and as City Manager for the City of Maryville, MO. Matt Chesnut's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Science in Government from Northwest Missouri State University.
