Anna Silagadze

Anna Silagadze is an experienced executive in human capital and operational management. Currently serving as Chief Human Capital Officer and a member of the management board at Payme.uz, Space International, and TBC UZ, Anna has a proven track record in various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources Director at TBC UZ from August 2018 to March 2023. Prior experience includes senior project management roles at TBC Bank, Liberty Bank, and VTB Georgia, as well as reporting and analytical positions at Bank Republic and JSC Liberty Bank. Anna holds a Master of Public Administration from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Engineering from Georgian Technical University, among other educational qualifications.
