Previously, Phaedra was the Chief Strategy Officer at Libra Group, managing strategic initiatives across its subsidiaries until March 2025, and also contributed as an investment committee member at lomarlabs, focusing on deep-tech advancements in the maritime industry. Notably, Phaedra held leadership roles in the Obama Administration's Technology Transformation Service and co-founded Savoteur and HealthLeap, achieving recognition as an Endeavor Entrepreneur and a Cartier Women's Initiative Award Finalist. Phaedra's educational background includes an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MSc from the London School of Economics.
