Lead Designer at Space Runners

Maxim Shagovikov has a diverse work experience in the field of art and design. Maxim began their career in 2010 as a Character Design, Concept Art, Texturing, and Art Director at Renovatio/R Studio. Maxim was involved in developing characters and locations, as well as creating highly detailed textures.

In 2013, Maxim joined Da Studio as a Background Painter and Texturing artist. Maxim worked on creating environments and textures for locations and props.

From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Art Director at moolt.net, where they were responsible for creating the style of the series, developing color scripts, and designing locations, concept art, and props.

Maxim then joined Agama film in 2017 as a Character Artist, focusing on the development of characters. Maxim later became a Production Designer in 2019, contributing to the overall visual design of the projects until 2021.

In 2016, Maxim also worked at Parovoz Animation as both a 2D Animator and Concept Artist, further honing their skills in animation and concept development.

Starting in 2021, Maxim worked as a Senior 2D Artist at Playrix AM, gaining valuable experience and enjoying the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues.

Most recently, they joined Space Runners in 2022, first as a Concept Artist and then as the Lead Artist.

Maxim Shagovikov attended the Institute of Economics and Culture from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in the field of Art Design. In 2016, they enrolled in Sasha Dorogov's Animation Courses to further enhance their skills in 2D animation. The end year for this course is not stated, implying that Maxim may still be undergoing training in this field.
