Brent Dismuke began their work experience in 2011 as a Central Claims Adjuster Senior at Progressive Insurance, where they evaluated insurance policies and analyzed damages to determine coverage. Brent then worked as a Senior Claims Specialist at Mercury Insurance from September 2016 to October 2017, where they collected information about auto claims and coordinated services such as estimates, repairs, and replacement rentals. From October 2017 to August 2020, Brent served as a Client Success Manager at Nexstar Digital LLC, managing post-sale campaign activation and strategy for a region comprising major television and digital ad markets. Brent joined The Zebra in June 2020 as a Customer Experience Agent and later became a Licensed Sales Agent from August 2020 to March 2021, producing personal lines policies and providing exemplary policy service. From April 2021 to April 2023, Brent worked at Meta as a New Products Operations Specialist and Sr. Project Coordinator II, overseeing the execution of new product testing and conducting conversion, brand lift, and sandbox studies. Brent is currently employed at Spaceback as a Customer Success Manager, starting in June 2023.

Brent Dismuke earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, completing their education between 2007 and 2010.
