In 2014, they worked as a Presale Support Administrator for IBM Central and Eastern Europe B.V. In 2015, they worked as a Cloud Technology Evangelist - mobile developer for IBM. In 2016, they worked as a Co-founder & CTO, Co-founder & Technical Sales and Mobile Leader, Co-founder & Chief Operations Officer, and Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer for Spaceti, as well as a Chief Technology Officer for ilab.io.

Ondřej Plevka obtained their Maturita from SPŠ Sdělovací Techniky Panská 3, Praha 1 in 2010. Ondřej then went on to earn their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Prague University of Economics and Business in 2013. In 2015, they obtained an IBM Certified Application Developer - Cloud Platform V1 certification from IBM.
