Fenton Luong

Propulsion Engineer

Fenton Luong is a Propulsion Engineer at SpaceX, bringing extensive experience in mechanical engineering and aerostructures design. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Dallas, Fenton also serves as the EV Chair for the Dallas Formula Racing Formula Student Club. Fenton's past roles include working as a MicroSol Mechanical Engineer focusing on energy harvesting devices and as a Research Assistant on advanced materials characterization. Additionally, Fenton led the technical development of Dallas Formula Racing's first EV race car and has extensive experience with non-destructive testing methods for material analysis.
