Parnil Urdhwareshe

Parnil Urdhwareshe has a diverse professional background in public affairs, market access consulting, and research within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving in the Starlink Global Licensing team at SpaceX since September 2021, Parnil previously worked at AMD as a Public Affairs specialist from September 2018 to August 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Market Access Consultant at Regent Square Group, conducting research and analysis on telecommunications licensing frameworks and regulations, and as a Researcher at ICRIER, focusing on information and communications technology and energy policy. Parnil holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, specializing in economics and political development, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
