Shannon Barnard

Shannon Barnard currently serves as Commercial Counsel at SpaceX and is a DeputyGC Member at TechGC, where senior in-house counsel collaborate and share knowledge. Previous roles include Senior Counsel for Products and Technology at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, Director and Senior Commercial Counsel at JLL Technologies, and Senior Counsel for Technology Transactions at Warner Bros. Entertainment. Shannon's legal career began as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, followed by a position at Crowell & Moring LLP. Additional experience includes an internship with the US Navy's Judge Advocate General and a Research Assistant position at the Koegel Autism Center. Shannon holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in Psychology, with highest honors, from UC Santa Barbara.
