Avery Korman

Avery Korman is an accomplished attorney with a diverse background in franchise law, tax law, and legal compliance. Currently serving as an Associate Franchise Attorney at Spadea Lignana Franchise Attorneys since March 2022, Avery has previously held positions as a Tax Attorney at Smoker & Company, where expertise in federal, state, and local tax law was applied to benefit clients, and as a Legal Compliance Attorney at Harbor Compliance, focusing on legal, corporate, and tax filings for non-profit clients. Early career experience includes serving as a Legal Counsel Fellow with the RSC Congressional Caucus, where legal analysis for legislative negotiations was developed, as well as roles in various capacities within congressional offices. Avery holds a Juris Doctor degree in Business Law from Elon Law University and has contributed to community service through a Tax Clinic and a Business and Entrepreneurship Clinic while in law school.
