Nate Greenberg

Nate Greenberg is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since October 2004, Nate has served as President and COO of Siegel Financial Group. Additionally, Nate has been Of Counsel at Spadea Lignana Franchise Attorneys since February 2022, and previously worked as a Regional Developer at Murphy Business & Financial - Eastern PA from July 2014 to July 2024. From April 2010 to September 2017, Nate was a Principal at Franchise America Finance, and from March 1996 to October 2004, Nate held the position of Partner at Kahn Greenberg & Blau LLP, focusing on loan documentation, corporate law, business acquisitions, commercial litigation, and employment discrimination. Nate holds a Juris Doctor degree from Penn State Dickinson Law (1988-1991) and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Dickinson College (1984-1988).
