Gianluca Curto has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Gianluca started their career as a Sales Manager at UNIEURO MEDA, where they worked for five years, specializing in mobile phone sales and providing post-sale assistance. After that, Curto ventured into entrepreneurship and became an Independent Owner at iTaste Italy, focusing on the production and sale of high-quality Italian food products. Gianluca later joined Spaghetteria, initially as a Restaurant Manager, responsible for kitchen management and team coordination. Gianluca then progressed to the role of Head Chef, where they controlled and directed the food preparation process and created new culinary creations. In their current position as Head Chef & Operation Manager at Spaghetteria, Curto oversees food manufacturing operations, ensuring quality control, cost management, and improvement of processes. Additionally, they briefly worked as a chef creator at Birra Peroni, contributing their expertise to the creation of new dishes.
Gianluca Curto briefly attended Academy School in 2017, where they took courses in cooking. Prior to this, they obtained a Diploma from ITIS G. Spaghetteria
Bij Spaghetteria maken we verse pasta in ons eigen Laboratorio. Geheel volgens de traditie werken we met twee soorten biologische bloem afkomstig van kleinschalige producenten uit Toscane en Umbrië en gebruiken we alleen maar verse scharreleieren. De hele dag door gaan de verschillende pastasoorten door de handen van onze eigen artigiani. Met één enkel doel: het maken van de perfecte, verse pasta.
