Kurt Tiedemann

Kurt Tiedemann, CSM, SSM, is a seasoned project manager and Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and team leadership. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Spalding Consulting, Inc. since January 2024, Tiedemann previously held the role of Principal Scrum Master at Northrop Grumman, where efforts focused on developing Lean Agile practices for teams supporting the US Air Force. Tiedemann's background includes facilitating Scrum processes for a remote team at Alley and leading software integration projects at Pushpay that boosted customer engagement. Tiedemann holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University, earned in May 2010, with earlier roles in interpreting services.
