Susan Hall, SHRM-SCP, CPSP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and business development. Susan started their career at Blue Arbor, formerly TESI-AGCI, in 1995, where they worked in operations, business development, and recruitment for a decade. From 2005 to 2011, they joined Ultimate Staffing Services as a Service Team Manager and Recruiter. In 2011, Susan moved to Volt Workforce Solutions as a Business Development Manager, a role they held until 2014. In 2015, they joined The HR SOURCE as a Director of Talent Acquisition and Business Development. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Spalding Consulting, Inc., a position they have held since 2016.

Susan Hall, SHRM-SCP, CPSP, earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from National University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2018, Susan obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM, showcasing their expertise in the field of Human Resources.
