Worlasie Djameh has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Soltech Solutions LLC. In 2016, they joined Penn State University as a Research Assistant, where they designed a low-cost, open-source multi-pyranometer array. Worlasie then moved on to Safari Energy, LLC in 2017, where they worked as a Solar Design Engineer, responsible for creating designs for large-scale commercial buildings and conducting feasibility studies. In 2019, they joined FTC Solar, Inc as a Project Engineer, and later transitioned to the roles of Product Manager - Certification and Product Quality Manager. In 2021 and 2022, they participated in the On Deck Climate Tech and Build for Climate Fellowships. Worlasie's most recent position is Senior Certification Engineer at SPAN, starting in 2022.

Worlasie Djameh pursued a Master's degree in Energy Systems Management from the University of San Francisco from 2020 to 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering from Penn State University. At Penn State, they also completed minors in Energy Finance and Environmental Engineering.
