Lynne Ellis

Lynne Ellis has over 30 years of experience in human resources, primarily at Spang & Company. Lynne started at Spang & Company in 1986 as a Benefits Administrator, overseeing various employee benefit programs and ensuring compliance with tax laws. Lynne later became the Director of Human Resources, where they managed benefit and communication structures for employees and retirees at both domestic and international locations. Lynne also implemented an Intranet for the HR department and upgraded time and attendance programs and HRIS. In 2006, Lynne was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for the entire international corporate HR function, including labor negotiations, employee communications, recruitment, and performance management programs. In 2018, they were further promoted to Vice President and CFO.

Lynne Ellis obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from the University of Pittsburgh between 1985 and 1990. Lynne then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business between 1990 and 1993. In addition to their educational background, Lynne Ellis also obtained the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in December 2009.
