Irene Pino

Irene Pino is a technology transfer manager at the Spanish National Cancer Research Centre (CNIO) since September 2021, with prior experience as an Innovation Radar Expert at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) for a brief period in early 2022. Irene served as a patent adviser at ZBM Patents & Trademarks from September 2016 to September 2021 and previously at PONS Consultores from June 2010 to August 2016, specializing in patent applications and infringement reports. Additional roles include work in intellectual property at Chimera Pharma and postdoctoral research at the Spanish National Cancer Centre. Irene holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Navarra and specialized training in intellectual property and business management.
