Heather Johnson

Heather Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brand operations and creative processes, currently serving as the Director of Brand Operations at Rent the Runway since July 2018. Johnson oversees the complete creative workflow, ensuring the production of thousands of high-quality assets monthly while managing financial and productivity KPIs for the studio and fashion departments. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Editorial Photography at Hudson's Bay Company and Senior Manager of Photography Operations at Gilt.com, where Johnson led teams in managing the creative photography process and cross-functional collaborations. Johnson's career began as a Professional Photographer specializing in commercial, editorial, and advertising portrait photography, supported by a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Professional Photographic Illustration from Rochester Institute of Technology and additional training at the Eddie Adams Workshop.
