Doris Hilaj

Doris Hilaj holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tirana and an Engineer's degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana. With extensive experience in the retail and confectionery sectors, Doris has been serving as the Confectionary Category Manager at SPAR Albania since March 2018, following a tenure from November 2012 to February 2018 at MEGATEK S.A, where roles included Store Area Manager and Retail Sales Supervisor.
