Bikash Jain has extensive work experience in various companies. Bikash is currently working as the DGM - Lead Ecommerce Operation at SPAR India, where they handle Pan India Ecommerce Operation for SPAR Online and ensures that all operation matrixes are on track to enhance customer experience. Bikash also contributes to increasing sales by planning offers and providing input on digital campaigns to the team. Before this, they worked at Future Group as a Regional Manager for over 13 years. Prior to that, they held managerial roles at Outdoor Media Integrated (Laqshya Group) and Prime Outdoors.
Bikash Jain completed an MBA in Marketing from Chetana Institute of Management from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their HSLC degree from Don Bosco High School, Silapathar from 1996 to 1997. Additionally, they have obtained the certification "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Microsoft in December 2023.
