Sampath Arra

Sampath Arra has extensive experience in technical recruitment and team leadership, currently serving as a Team Lead at SPAR Information Systems LLC since December 2018. Prior to this, Sampath worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter/Lead at Aclat Inc from August 2012 to December 2018, successfully recruiting IT professionals and managing up to 15 requisitions per week. Sampath holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, both from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
