Michaela Kaspar

Michaela Kaspar has a diverse background in management and coordination within the retail food industry, currently serving as Stv. Geschäftsführerin at INTERSPAR Gesellschaft m.b.H. since July 2015, overseeing project and action management for Food & Non Food divisions. Prior to this role, Michaela held positions in assortment management at SPAR Österreich from 2010 to 2015 and completed an International Management Trainee program at SPAR between 2008 and 2009. Earlier experience includes working as Stellvertretende Restaurantleitung from 2005 to 2007. Michaela's educational qualifications include a Diplom Sommeliere from Wirtschaftskammer Kärnten (2006-2007), a Master’s degree in Betriebswirtschaft from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome (2004-2005), and a Master's degree in Betriebswirtschaft with a focus on Controlling & Marketing from Karl-Franzens-Universität in Graz (2000-2005).
