Randy Lee Jr

Randy Lee Jr has diverse experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineering Manager, and Owner/President. Randy has worked with several notable companies including SPARC Research, Poplar Ridge Creations, LS Industries Inc, TE Connectivity - Rochester Wire and Cable, Lockheed Martin, Jewett Automation, and Ross Industries. Randy has utilized software such as SolidWorks, Ansys, Pro-E, and AutoCAD for tasks such as designing custom OEM machinery, developing product designs for various industries, performing structural and modal analysis, and leading a team of mechanical engineers to support prototype assembly, installation, and production of detection equipment. Additionally, they have overseen process improvements in worker safety, product quality, production efficiency, and plant capacity, including Capital projects.

Randy Lee Jr earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2003. Randy later went on to pursue a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from George Washington University, which they completed between 2008 and 2011.
