Julia Spieß

Julia Spieß is a seasoned design and innovation professional with extensive experience in user experience, service design, and organizational culture. Currently serving as Design Lead and Senior Service-Designer at SPARCK since April 2021, Julia previously contributed to OutSystems as a Senior UX Researcher, where significant research initiatives were undertaken. Julia's tenure at Zalando SE included roles as Senior Innovation Manager, Innovation Manager, and Culture Designer, where contributions ranged from launching innovation services to enhancing onboarding experiences. Additional experience encompasses communication management at Lufthansa InTouch and various freelance projects focused on content design and youth empowerment. Julia holds a Diploma in Communication Management from Hochschule Osnabrück and has furthered education with credits from Malmö University and a graduation certificate from Copenhagen Business School.
