Junior User Researcher at Sparck

Sophie McCulloch is a Junior User Researcher at SPARCK, with experience in user research and archival management. Prior to this role, Sophie served as an Archivist at the Co-operative Heritage Trust from March 2007 to June 2022 and volunteered as a User Researcher with DemocracyLab in mid-2021. Sophie's governance experience includes a term as a Board Member and Staff Representative at the Co-operative College from March 2016 to June 2019. Academically, Sophie holds a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute, a Master's degree in Archives/Archival Administration from the University of Liverpool, a Master of Arts in Medieval History from the University of Leeds, and a Bachelor's degree in Medieval Studies from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
