Tiziana Paoletti is currently the OEM Complete Seat Business Unit Manager at Sparco, where Tiziana coordinates a team of technicians for the design, industrialization, and launch of high-tech seats according to OEM customer guidelines and regulations. Prior to Sparco, Tiziana worked at Johnson Controls as an Engineering Manager and Lead Engineer, managing production programs for various car models. Tiziana also has experience as a Product Engineer at Lear Corporation and as an FEA Specialist at Avio Aero. Tiziana graduated from Politecnico di Torino with a Laurea in Ingegneria Aeronautica.
